1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TradingGenie (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. TradingGenie is operated by Rivoro Studio.
2. Description of Service
TradingGenie is an AI-powered automated trading platform for Hyperliquid perpetual futures. The Service includes AI signal generation, automated trade execution, risk management, performance analytics, and a real-time dashboard.
3. Risk Disclaimer
Trading cryptocurrency perpetual futures involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. You should carefully consider whether trading is suitable for you in light of your circumstances, knowledge, and financial resources. You may lose all or more than your initial investment. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
TradingGenie does not guarantee any specific returns or profits. The AI trading system's past performance statistics are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee of future performance.
4. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
5. API Keys & Fund Security
Your Hyperliquid API keys are encrypted with AES-256 encryption. Your funds remain in your own Hyperliquid vault at all times. TradingGenie only requires trading permissions, never withdrawal permissions. You retain full control of your funds.
6. Subscription & Payment
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time. No refunds are provided for partial months. Free tier accounts have limited functionality as described on the pricing page.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradingGenie and its operators shall not be liable for any trading losses, indirect damages, or loss of profits arising from the use of the Service. You trade at your own risk.
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 24/7 uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, the bot will stop executing trades on your behalf.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
